Description
A chewy, customizable candy inspired by the viral Labubu character, filled with nostalgic flavors and fizzy surprises.
Ingredients
- ½ cup corn syrup
- ¼ cup fruit juice (lychee, yuzu, or mango)
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 2 tablespoons water
- Food coloring (natural or gel-based)
- Optional: jelly filling or pop rocks for the center
Instructions

Combine sugar, corn syrup, and juice in a saucepan. Heat on medium until the mixture reaches 240°F (soft-ball stage).

While heating, bloom the gelatin by mixing it with water in a small bowl.

Remove the syrup mixture from heat. Stir in the bloomed gelatin and food coloring.

Pour the mixture into silicone candy molds.

Optional: Add a small amount of jelly or pop rocks into the center before it sets.

Let set at room temperature for 1 hour or refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.

Unmold and store in an airtight container.
